• Functioning, Disability and Health – ICF
  The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) of the WHO serves together with the ICD to describe the status of health.

• Medical Devices – UMDNS
  The Universal Medical Device Nomenclature System (UMDNS) is used to code medical devices.

• Medical Subject Headings – MeSH
  The thesaurus is part of the Unified Medical Language Systems (UMLS) and is used for indexing databases (Medline)
