The Scientific Advisory Board of HTA

The Scientific Advisory Board of HTA supports the DAHTA from a methodological and technical perspective in the following matters in particular:

  • Scientific queries from all branches of medicine, biometrics, epidemiology and health system research (Public Health)
  • Methodological procedure for the preparation of HTA reports and their further development
  • Development of scientific standards in association with the HTA information system
  • Promotion of scientific flow of information within the German health care system
  • Collaboration and information exchange with other scientific structures, both domestic and in other countries
  • Evaluation of research assignments in the field of HTA (Review)
