DAHTA takes over the INAHTA Secretariat

The German Agency for Health Technology Assessment (DAHTA) takes over the Secretariat of the International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA) until the end of 2015. The international network with more than fifty members brings forward the information exchange between HTA institutions. more »

Databases: MEDLINE Reload 2012

MEDLINE has now been completely updated. We published the revised MEDLINE database with the new version of the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH 2012). From now on the daily updates of the database start again. more »

Databases: MEDLINE annual adaptation phase 2012

As from 16th November 2011 until the end of the year, the National Library of Medicine (NLM) will only provide limited updates for MEDLINE. Annual maintenance of the database will be performed during this period, with errors in the documents being eliminated and the indexing being switched over to the revised MeSH 2012 (Medical Subject Headings). more »

Premium Research: Amendment of the Licence Agreement for Databases with DIMDI

DIMDI offers more than 60 databases from the entire field of medicine and adjacent areas, such as pharmaceuticals, toxicology, medical products, biology and psychology, for research purposes. In order to improve the service for our contract customers, we will only be publishing one pricelist for database search from 01 January 2012 instead of the current two. This involves an amendment to the licence agreements for the databases with DIMDI. more »

Database Search: New database segments, preselection adjusted

As of October 1, 2010 we offer in six databases new segments which only contain documents starting as of the year 2010: BIOSIS Previews, EMBASE, ISTPB + ISTP/ISSHP, MEDLINE, SciSearch and Social SciSearch. Furthermore, the database preselection of DIMDI SmartSearch for users without contract now refers to segments of the year 2005. more »

Cochrane Library: Adjustment of database names

Database search: Display documents now also without full text link, standing orders clearly arranged
