DIMDI SmartSearch is a menu-driven interface for quick and easy searches. You can search multiple databases, including different types (literature, facts), at the same time. Convenient search windows and filter functions make searching easier, even with large data files.

Depending on the complexity of your query, you select "basic search", "advanced search" with more filter options, or "expert search" for command language professionals. Service functions

• will link you from your search results directly to electronic full texts,
• allow you to order full texts from connected libraries,
• help you save searches for later recall, or
• set up standing orders for regular repetition of your searches in MEDLINE (for Premium Users as well in other databases).

Advantages for Premium User

If you regularly need complex searches, a contract with DIMDI is the answer. As a Premium User, you get unlimited access to all public databases. You enjoy price benefits and can use numerous additional functions such as duplicate elimination, statistical functions or standing orders.

DIMDI SmartSearch without contract

You can search DIMDI without a contract as well. Many databases are free of charge – MEDLINE, for example. Pay-per-view documents and full texts are easy to order using the shopping cart, and you can pay online by credit card.
