As a Premium User, you use your personal access authorisation consisting of a user code and password. Your password must fulfil certain requirements for security reasons.
If you have forgotten your password, or access is denied after several unsuccessful attempts, you can request a new preliminary password (entering your customer number and user code) using the link "Forgot password?" in the Premium Search Access. This will be sent to your recorded e-mail address and must be replaced with a new password once you have logged in.
In case of problems with Search Access, you can check your access with the user code: dimditst and the password: dimdi@test. If login still fails, the problem lies with the configuration of your computer. If access only fails to function with your own user code and password, please consult our Technical Helpdesk:
