How can I display the costs of a research?

When searching in DIMDI ClassicSearch you can display the costs of the current research at any time by using the INFO COST command.
You can display previous research costs using the CALL ACCOUNT function in the DIMDI ClassicSearch. You can restrict the search using the selected databases, the end user ID used and the date (maximum one year plus current quarter retrospectively). Either the costs total or individual billing rates can be output. Costs of shipping orders (MAIL) or standing orders (SDI) are also displayed.
You can show the costs of current researches using the "Current costs" menu command, which is located in the left-hand navigation, in DIMDI SmartSearch.
You can display an overview of previous research costs using the "Accounting data" menu command in DIMDI SmartSearch.

Customers with special rights for the contract can also access the system using different customer numbers or request the complete quarterly accounts by e-mail.
