Medical Devices Notifications (public part) includes the notifications on the first placing medical devices on the market (according to § 25 MPG - Act on Medical Devices). The database is part of the German database-supported medical devices information system. Included therein is mainly administrative data and further data relevant to notification.

The following databases are available within the medical devices information system (public part):Medical Devices Notifications (MPA), In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Notifications (MPIVDAOE) and address databases with addresses of the persons reporting, of the competent authorities and of the notified bodies.
