The GMS (German Medical Science) Meetings database contains bibliographic data linked with the corresponding abstracts or full texts. The database contains abstracts of scientific medical conferences. These original full texts resp. abstracts are available as html- or XML-files. All the articles published in gms are available online for anyone interested: immediately, permanently and free of charge.

The Association of the Scientific Medical Societies in Germany (AWMF) and their scientific associations supply the Editorial Board, the Scientific Committee as well as the experts for the Peer-Review-Procedure. The editiorial work and the workflow is in the hands of the German National Library of Medicine (ZB MED). The German Institute of Medical Documentation and Information (DIMDI) is responsible for the technical implementation and the long-term archiving of electronic documents. The database is available free of charge in our free offer.
