HECLINET records may be downloaded subject to the indicated
conditions for the following purposes:
- Temporary storage - using Order type Standard rsp. the
parameter USE=STD
Temporary storage, in electronic form, of search output
retrieved online is allowed for the purpose of editing,
reformatting or printing.
Up to 25 copies of printed output may be made for
distribution within customer's organisation. These copies may not
be offered for sale.
Information brokers or libraries acting on behalf of clients
may supply printed copies of search results, but must ensure that
Institut fuer Gesundheitswesen's copyright is made known to these
clients.
- Long-term storage and re-use of data -using Order type Standard
rsp. the parameter USE=STD
Long-term storage and re-use of data is subject to the
following conditions:
a) Use of the data is only allowed
for personal use
resp. restricted to employees, staff, students or
bona fide consultants of the customer organisation at the
downloading site.
b) The customer acknowledges that the copyright in the data
downloaded is the sole property of Institut fuer Gesundheitswesen
and will ensure Institut fuer Gesundheitswesen's copyright is made
known to users of the data. Acknowledgement of the copyright and
source is required for all printed data.
c) Data may not be resold.
- Other uses e.g. multiple copying of data, use for resale etc
are subject to specific written agreement.
The range of possible uses customers may wish to make of data
retrieved from Institut fuer Gesundheitswesen's databases includes:
information bulletins, bibliographics, literature reviews.
