Records from the database Adis Newsletters may be downloaded subject to the indicated conditions for the following purposes:

1. Temporary storage - using Order type Standard rsp. the parameter USE=STD
2. Temporary storage, in electronic form, of search output retrieved online is allowed for the purpose of editing, reformatting or printing.
   Up to 25 copies of printed output may be made for distribution within customer's organisation, restricted, however, to the organisation's site where the search has been done. The copies may not be offered for sale.
   Information brokers or libraries acting on behalf of clients may supply printed copies of search results to those customers who originally ordered the respective search, but must ensure that the copyright of Wolters Kluwer Health - Adis International is made known to these clients.
3. Long-term storage and re-use of data -using Order type Download rsp. the parameter USE=DLOAD
4. Long-term storage and re-use of data is subject to the following conditions:
   
   a) Use of the data is restricted to employees, staff, students or bona fide consultants of the customer organisation at the downloading site.
   b) The customer acknowledges that the copyright in the data downloaded in whatever form they are stored or manipulated, is the sole property of Wolters Kluwer Health - Adis International and will make sure the copyright of Wolters Kluwer Health - Adis International is made known to the users of the data. Acknowledgement of the copyright and source is required for all printed data.
   c) Data may not be resold.
5. Other uses e.g. multiple copying of data, use for resale etc are subject to specific written agreement with Wolters Kluwer Health - Adis International.
