Databases: MEDLINE Reload 2013

MEDLINE has now been completely updated. We published the
revised MEDLINE database with the new version of the Medical
Subject Headings (MeSH 2013). From now on the daily updates of the
database start again.

Database Search: Prices and Changes in 2013

In 2013 we will again keep our search prices the same to a large
extent. Only for individual databases we will need to pass on
changes in manufacturer licences and exchange rates. In addition,
six databases that are rarely used or no longer current will be
removed from our programme.

Databases: MEDLINE annual adaptation phase 2013

As from 14th November 2012 until the end of the year, the
National Library of Medicine (NLM) will only provide limited
updates for MEDLINE. Annual maintenance of the database will be
performed during this period, with errors in the documents being
eliminated and the indexing being switched over to the revised MeSH
2013 (Medical Subject Headings).

CAB-Abstracts and Global Health now with expanded thesaurus

The location of documents has now been optimised in the
CAB-Abstracts and Global Health databases with the expansion of the
updated keyword thesaurus. In addition, the thesaurus now includes
new additional information to the keywords, such as the affiliation
to chemical element groups, illnesses or plant groups.

DIMDI ClassicSearch: Now you can see in advance what a search will cost

advance what searches in databases that are not free of charge will
cost, giving you better control over your expenditures.

Premium Research: Amendment of the Licence Agreement for Databases with DIMDI

DIMDI offers more than 60 databases from the entire field of
medicine and adjacent areas, such as pharmaceuticals, toxicology,
medical products, biology and psychology, for research purposes. In
order to improve the service for our contract customers, we will
only be publishing one pricelist for database search from 01
January 2012 instead of the current two. This involves an amendment
to the licence agreements for the databases with DIMDI.
