The ABDA-Databases contain comprehensive data concerning medicinal drugs and substances as well as drug-related information.
Starting from the brand name or the active ingredient of a drug, you can retrieve information on application and composition, risks and adverse effects as well as the latest news.

The DIMDI hosts five specific databases:

1. ABDA - Aktuelle Infos (latest news)
2. ABDA - Fertigarzneimittel (medicinal products)
3. ABDA - Interaktionen (drug interactions)
4. ABDA - Stoffe (pharmaceutical substances)
5. ABDA - Wirkstoffdossiers (detailed information on active ingredients)

Search access is permitted after signing a contract with the DIMDI (=Premium Search).
